Supporting learning at home
Families are key partners in reinforcing classroom learning.
Simple homework
From time to time, short, practical homework tasks help children practise what they have been learning in class with a parent or caregiver.
Reading together
Regular storytime at home builds language, imagination and a love of books. We encourage parents to keep a simple home reading routine.
Communication
Notices, reminders and classroom highlights keep families informed about current themes and upcoming activities.
